We do not provide this service at this time. You'll be responsible for setting up and decorating the venue. We look forward to implementing decorating services in the near future. Feel free to contact local event planners/decorators who can provide you with these services.
At Experiences Events Studio, you can host just about any event:
There's a 4 hour minimum booking requirement.
PARKING:
1) Metered parking on Telegraph Ave.
2) Metered and non-metered parking on 23rd St
3) Gated parking lot on the corner of Telegraph Ave and West Grand Ave (Across from Taco Bell. The parking lot is next to 2270 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA. You'll need to pay to park in this lot. Payments to be made via an app. Payment instructions posted at the parking lot.)
4) Covered parking garage about 1.5 blocks from Experiences Events Studio at 438 West Grand garage. This garage is actually located on 23rd Street (the rear of 438 West Grand)
5) Parking lot at 451 24th Street which is about 2 blocks from Experiences Events Studio. (Pay to park in this lot. Payment Instructions posted at the parking lot.)
A $500 Retainer Fee is due at the time of booking. The Retainer Fee is non-refundable - it will be applied to your total balance. The Retainer Fee is required in order to secure your date.
A $150 Incidental Fee will be added to your venue rental and it will be included in your total balance. After your event ends the venue will be inspected to ensure there aren't any damages or breach of contract. If there aren’t any, the Incidental Fee will be refunded. This may take 3-7 business days to process.
Security is required for all events held 5pm-12am. Customer agrees to employ the venue's preferred security service company. Customer responsible for security fees.
CUSTOMER is responsible for setup, breakdown, and cleaning after their event. Tables and chairs will be provided but the CUSTOMER is responsible for setting up the tables and chairs in their desired floor plan.

Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages (water, soda, juice).
Food must be cooked prior to your event. Cooking on the premises is NOT ALLOWED (no cooking inside or outside the venue).
Wine, champagne, sangria, wine coolers and beer consumption is allowed during CLIENT'S event. A licensed and insured Mobile Bartender is required for events when other forms of alcohol will be consumed. Client agrees to employ the venue's preferred Mobile Bartender. Such services may cost the Client up to $500 per event. Selling of alcoholic beverages is NOT ALLOWED.
Yes, there is a food prep area equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator and stainless steel microwave to warm your food. Please bring all food items cooked or you may use the services of a caterer. Cooking on the premises is NOT ALLOWED (no cooking inside or outside the venue). No exceptions!
Yes, we have a Bluetooth sound system that includes a tablet, 5000W Bluetooth speaker and one microphone. You'll have access to your music app accounts such as Spotify, iHeart Radio, Pandora, Soundcloud and Tidal. Client is responsible for creating a playlist prior to their event. On the day of client's event, they'll be able to log into their music app account using our tablet and play songs from their playlist. You may use the sound system or hire a DJ.
A signed agreement/contract, Retainer Fee and other requested information is required to secure your event date. The Retainer Fee is non-refundable - it will be applied to your total balance.
The remainder of the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
You must be 18 or older to book our venue.
If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your Retainer Fee.
No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Experiences Events Studio will make every effort to accommodate reschedule requests as availability permits. A reschedule fee may apply. Customer has one year from their original event date to reschedule their new event date.
Yes, additional hours will be charged at the current hourly rate and based upon availability.
There's a $100.00 rescheduling fee for each occurrence. Subject to availability and management's discretion.
